The Shambles equal their club record of 3 consequitive wins with a hard fought victory over Halcrow Yollies.

The game started tight with very little in it as both teams marked well. Against the run of play Halcrow went 1 : 0 ahead which rattled The Shambles into stepping up a gear. Almost immeadiatly Dave was given a golden opportunity to bring the score level, having been put through and with all the time in the world he seemed to hit the only divot on the pitch and launch the ball over the bar! ( The words "Barn Door" and "Shovel" spring to mind!!).

Despite this The Shambles battled on and pulled the score back level and then , with another Graham Rocket, managed to deservedly take the lead .

Another great team effort to secure another victory. Roll on the record breaking 4th win!
