A difficult fixture but none the less, a positive performance saw the underdogs, the Mighty Shambles, take an early lead. With quick feet and decisive passing the Shambles put together a move of sheer quality, running circles around the tired looking Cryo boys.

It was short lived , as the experienced opposition, now shocked into a  state of  wake managed to break down the defence to put the scores level with not much of the first half remaing. With another added soon after to make the half time score 3 - 1 in favour of Cryo.

As ever, the Shambles used their pace, determination and team ethic to break down the opponents. New signing Nick combing well with his team mates to contribute to the Shambles recovery. 3 - 2.

Then, well, difficult to find an explanation. Tired legs, lack of organisation and understanding, no luck in front of goal and a very well organised and determined opponent saw the Shambles defeated by quite a margin.

Positives that the Shambles can take from the game; plenty, an outstanding performance by James the keeper. This could have been an embarrasing score line with out his 'cat' like presence. Good passing movement in mid field, with some lovely interchanges with Carl, Dave and Nick. Strong defensive work from Chris, Gray & Ian.
