Autumn is here once again, like the leaves on the trees could this be the week Shambles are blown off the top of the table?

Perdiswell 5 aside Gymanstics (Football) League

Shambles vs The (Not So) Strapping Young Lads.

The kick off to this match was delayed with Shambles members going for the World Record of crash mat removal in the Great Perdiswell Gymnasium. (Results are still under investigation bY Guinness)

At the start of this match Shambles tumbled into uncertainty with a communication somersault between HRH and James leaving SYL to tuck and pike for the opening goal.(It was possibly not HRH's fault as I could still get hung for treason)

Shambles 0 SYL 1

Shambles chalked their hands hoping to get a better grip on this match, they were soon rewarded when Craig's shot pirouetted of a defended to firmly land planted in the goal.(Dubious goal panel has awarded the goal to Craig)

Shambles 1 SYL 1

Chris was really working on his floor performance with a couple of oppurtunities to wow the judges and the crowd but his execution was lacking.(Taking tips from Rob?)

Sorry for the technical hitch my recording seems to have missed a goal from SYL to make it 1-2. My apologies.

Shambles 1 - 2 SYL

Half Time - Shambles really needed to put gusto into their leotards if they were to avoid defeat.

HRH in his gold lined out fit really started to show his nobality and elegantly flipped a ball over the keeper (like a corgi jumping over the low hedges at Buckingham Palace)

Shambles 2 - SYL 2

Spontanuously Tim anounced himself to the world stage with a dance display of astronomical quality, twirling and twisting through the SYL defence with slight of foot and poise that would make the stars of Swan Lake jealous.

Shambles 3 - 2

After the lead the defensive unit of Shambles was enough to win them the (wispa) gold.

Overall good performance and another 3 points
