Today the manager/captain of the Shambles, Graham, announced that he will not be available for the rest of the season.

Speaking at a press conference to an empty room he stated, "Having witnessed Dave's mesmeric performances recently, so full of blinding pace and lethal finishing, I am questioning whether at my age I can realitically match those heights? I don't wish to drag Dave's performances down and affect the team.".

He went on, "Will I return next season? Who knows? May be if Dave slows down I might be able to keep up with him. I may move on to Zimmerframe Utd"

Also Graham alluded to the fact that he is alo carrying a painful knee due to an angry confrontation with an unknown insect in training on Sunday,  which caused a tendon at the back of his knee to swell. Although it is much better he does not want to further handicap Dave's performances.

Insiders claim that Dave may have trained the insect to attack Graham to make his own mesmeric performances look even better, if that's possible.
