After suffering a heavy loss in the previous week and with the shocking performance from the England international side shambles set out with something to prove, not only for themselves but for English pride as well.

This thought didn't last long though as shambles were 2 down within the first few minutes, but as everyone who is familiar with shambles football is aware coming from behind is nothing new and often leads to a more emphatic victory. Then the previous golden boot winning striker Dave pounced like a lion upon a mis-controlled pass by a red arrow defender and made them pay 2-1. The come back was on!!! or was it 3-1 the arrows scored a freak goal on the break after Sumner and Dave worked a magic free kick straight from the metaphorical training ground which hit the post and was then banged in at the other end.... Damn!!

The game hit a bit of a stalemate until the referee decided he was bored and wanted to get in on the action and awarded shambles with a penalty as the red arrows were illegally playing with 6 men.. cheating b#stards.... Sumner demanded to take it to try and make up for the horrendous own goal he scored in the previous game.. As if there was any other outcome 3-2 

The inevitable fatigue then set in as half time approached and the arrows scored another 2 both remarkably similar to those scored previously, none of which Tom had any chance of saving... Half time score 5-2 to the arrows.

The second half didn't get off to the best start with the shambles conceding another 2 goals before Sumner showed his intent on claiming the golden boot for the season by banging one in from half way to take the score to 7-3 and more importantly taking Sumner's goal tally to 2 in 2 for the season (not counting the minus 1 for the own goal before anyone says anything).. This was soon cancelled out when the arrows scored again 8-3..

Everyone thought the game had seen all the goals it was going to but Chris, coming off his high of scoring in the previous fixture had other ideas with his Crouch'esk finish and Tim playing the role of Beckham providing the assist. Final score Shambles 4 - Red Arrows 8..

Good performance from all the guys, just a few things to tighten up on but looks like a respectable league position is on the cards. Mclaren has been in touch about some sort of managerial role but I told him where to go.. Till next week!
